Mindful Moments: An Interactive and Calming Evening of Stress-Busting Strategies
An interactive workshop for parents/guardians and their children (7 years +) to learn and practice a range of strategies and relaxation techniques to support self-regulation and reduce anxiety and stress.
Presentation with interactive practice "stations" to try out a range of relazation tools (visual imagery; progressive muscle relaxation etc.). Evening led by Dr. Colin King, Psychologist with CYDC Graduate Student Clinicians.
